Affordable breakfast options available catering to different tastes, including fruits and cupcakes.

The price was right for our budget; the staff was friendly and accommodating; the coffee in the lobby was fresh each morning.
The rooms are minimalistic - they do not have the conveniences that most other hotels/motels do (hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock). Seeming clean, the carpets need to be shampooed - the dark color of the carpet hides the dirt that resides there, as evidenced when walking around the room in clean socks; the rooms and electronics need to be updated - the TVs are early 2000s models and seem bulky for the room size. Seeming to be a converted Motel 6, the rooms are small and appear intended only for short stays where one only needs a place to lay down.

Pet-friendly with a single bed and sofa, as well as WiFi. The hotel is fairly clean and offers an affordable breakfast. The location is fantastic, with a large grassy area for pets to roam 🐾.

This Inn was remodeled nicely and the price was sooo reasonable. We had a very nice room with all the amenities needed. The location to historic Wilmington and the beach, along with shopping is perfect. Would recommend this Inn to everyone.
There were really no complaints. My wife brought her hair dryer and glad she did so because that is not included in the room. Everything else was great and a nice breakfast.

The room was clean. It was quiet. This is a good value in a good location. We were attending the AKC dog show and traveling with pets. This hotel is pet-friendly and has a very nice area for walking the dogs.

In all my travels, I have never encountered such friendly and helpful staff. At one point when I was having trouble with the phone, the lady behind the desk unhesitantly pulled out her mobile phone and offered it to me to use. Please thank them again from me for a wonderful stay.
There were a few cockroaches in the room, but as I am from a coastal town, I know how hard it is to keep them down

Fairly clean hotel with knowledgeable and excellent staff and absolutely perfect location near restaurants along the river, and the river. Newly decorated rooms, clean bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Good facilities.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to downtown and various restaurants. Being in a convenient part of town, guests can easily explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy the local cuisine. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay, with clean bathrooms and helpful service. Additionally, the breakfast provided is tasty and satisfying, allowing guests to start their day off right.
Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the exterior appearance and maintenance.

The check-in experience was horrible! It took about 45 mins. We made reservations and the guy behind the desk was shuffling through papers to try and find it and finally said it must have never gone through. He had a computer so I'm not sure what the deal with that was?? We had to start the whole process over. The hotel was run-down and a bit scary. I didn't want to be outside after dark. I will not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

If you want luxury, this is not the place. But if you want cheap and acceptable, this is a good place. I stayed here two times. Rooms are small and the corners are not to Hilton standards. But the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms appear to be new (at least in the 2 rooms I stayed in). We'll be going back.
